N.A. is probably about to finish opening the doorway by the time they're done talking about it. I like to think he's actually doing something while they're talking. Y'know instead of just standing there listening to their conversation thinking "Killing these idiots will be soooo satisfying."

Y'know... Seeing as how he WASN'T able to find the eggs, he probably IS just standing there listening.

Well, you guys are half right. I mean, he's already had Selio assemble the Eggs on their proper podiums (you can't see Negative Author's side, but they're all already there too) and they've been there for a while. So at this point, Negative Author is pretty much ready to get things going at pretty much the drop of a hat. But he's basically just dangling some hope in front of them by letting them finish their exposition, and then he's gonna be all "Oh, by the way, any chance you had to stop me from assembling the Eggs is long gone."

Something like that.

TGYR- I don't see how his failure to find the eggs on his own makes him dumb. I mean, would you have thought to look for artifacts that show the doorway to the Ice World in a bathroom, a random treasure chest, a rock in the middle of the poopeymon world, and a wine keg? I wouldn't have.
